To keep our rates competitive, electricity consumption is not included for stays longer than 3 weeks. For security reasons and in compliance with local regulations, a valid government-issued ID from the main guest will be required during the pre-check-in process to access the property. With high ceilings, spacious terraces, and large windows that fill every room with natural light, Casa Hormiga is designed for outdoor living. From the master bedroom and palapa, you can admire sweeping ocean views, while downstairs, a private pool, wooden deck, and cactus garden invite you to relax and unwind.

The house features one master bedroom with a king-size bed, and two additional bedrooms that can each be set up with either two single beds or one king-size bed—perfect for families, couples, or small groups.

Guests have full access to the entire house and can enjoy all private amenities, including the pool, wooden deck, cactus garden, and palapa with ocean view. The property is completely private during your stay, offering the perfect setting to relax and feel at home.

Casa Hormiga is located in Carrizalillo, one of the most charming areas of Puerto Escondido. You’re also close to Playa Coral, a quieter spot ideal for relaxing in peace.

Getting around is easy — you can walk to nearby spots, take a local taxi, or rent a scooter or car to explore other beaches and hidden corners of Puerto Escondido. The walk down to Carrizalillo includes a scenic staircase overlooking the ocean — a small adventure that’s absolutely worth it.
