Just steps away from the beach, restaurants, bars, and nightlife, you’ll be staying in the most iconic area of Playa del Carmen.

You’ll be staying in the heart of Playa del Carmen, right on lively 5th Avenue. The area is vibrant and can be noisy, especially on weekends and holidays.

For stays of 28 days or more, electricity is not included in the rate. This allows us to offer a more competitive monthly price. Electricity consumption will be measured and charged separately based on actual usage.

For security and compliance with local regulations, a valid photo ID will be required from the primary guest at the time of pre-registration for the property visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Our team is just a message away whether you have a question, need a local recommendation, or run into any issue during your stay. We’re happy to assist through the Airbnb app or phone. If you prefer self check-in, that’s no problem but we’re always nearby to make sure your experience is smooth and enjoyable.
